In todays class we had a test. I feel like I did pretty good job on it and probably got at least a B. The essay question was easy too. It was about why US companies tend to make their products overseas. My answer was that in places such as China there is a big currency change. So if companies make their products in China they can pay them two or three dollars rather then if they make the in the US and have to pay workers about ten dollars.

In todays class we continued to go over the world leaders and took some notes on key points about them. I found it weird that most leaders had a brother that died. It was also weird that in some countries the person with the most power was not the president. It was crazy to me how many tyrants/dictators there are today.

In todays class we had a pop quiz. It was ten questions worth twenty points. When I went to turn it in Mr. Schick started calling me squishy because I was soaking wet due to a big water ballon popping on me a few minutes before lunch. Then we went over the test and talked about it.

Todays class was our first time meeting since before break. We talked about Political Geography and how the world is organized. We talked about the categories a Country, Nation and State. Then we got into more detail with culture and religion and what each nation/state does.
